Recognized as the global leader in suicide intervention training, LivingWorks ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first-aid.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for a paid LivingWorks event, our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the event:
  You will receive a 95% refund of your registration fee.

• Within 14 days of the event:
  You will receive an 80% refund.

• NO SHOWS will not receive a refund.

Important Notes

• If your event is less than 14 days away, you will no longer be able to cancel your seat directly through our booking system.
  Please contact LivingWorks directly to process your cancellation.

• Refunds will be issued based on the timing of your cancellation request, as outlined above.
